Shipping Overview

At Roveway, we prioritize efficient and reliable shipping to ensure your orders arrive in optimal condition. Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and shipping method. While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or peak seasons may occur. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend placing orders ahead of critical deadlines.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0–$60.
Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more (up to $9,999).

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and most EU countries. Some remote areas or territories may require additional transit time or incur supplemental fees. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to embargoed regions or countries with strict import restrictions. For specific inquiries, reach out to our support team.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. If you haven’t received updates within 3 business days, check your spam folder or log in to your Roveway account for real-time status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or customs inspections. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll initiate a trace process with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly—either by reshipping or issuing a refund.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs. Roveway cannot intervene in customs processes or reimburse incurred fees.
